MNO Ventures was founded by James Matthews, a technology, marketing and growth leader who has built, scaled and exited multiple multi-million-dollar businesses across Australia and Asia.
James has founded, operated and invested in companies spanning finance, payments, sport, SaaS, media, events and consumer platforms, taking businesses from early-stage through to scale and successful exits. That experience shapes everything we do at MNO — our strategies are informed by real commercial pressure, capital decisions and accountability, not theory or templates.
Having sat on both sides of the table as an operator, investor and board member, James brings lived experience into every partnership. He understands what it takes to grow revenue, manage teams, scale systems, satisfy boards and build businesses that endure.
